Have a blast and help others at the same time with a birthday party at Harvesters.

This isn’t your typical party. Sure, there’s cake, decorations and lots of fun with your friends and family. But what makes this party different is that you’ll be helping people in need.

At Harvesters, we give food to hungry kids and their families who don’t have enough to eat. You can help by having your birthday party at Harvesters and asking your guests to bring cans of food for the hungry.

You and your friends and family will sort and box donated food in our Volunteer Outreach Center for a few hours, take a tour of our warehouse (including the huge walk-in freezer that’s five degrees below zero!) and then have a birthday cake party to top off the day. It’s great fun for a great cause!

There is no cost to have your birthday party at Harvesters, but we do ask that each guest bring at least 10 cans of food as a donation to the food bank.

Reservations are required for birthday parties. We suggest that you schedule your birthday party as far in advance as possible to ensure that we have space available in the Volunteer Outreach Center to accommodate your party. 

Are you interested in having a party at Harvesters, but it's not your birthday? You can celebrate just about any occasion at Harvesters - holiday parties, wedding anniversary celebrations, company anniversary parties and more. You're limited only by your imagination.

If you have guests who can't attend the party, add a Virtual Food Drive to your celebration. We can set up your personalized Virtual Food Drive and you can e-mail the link with your invitation. Guests can donate funds to Harvesters in your honor. And because Harvesters can provide 5 meals with every $1 donated, it's a great way to help even more hungry kids and families.
