• The pandemic significantly impacted the last quarter of FY20. Harvesters and its network of agencies quickly and efficiently adapted to meet an increase of up to 40 percent in demand for food assistance.
• We immediately implemented enhanced cleaning and safety protocols at both facilities to help protect the health of staff and volunteers.
• We added 60 new mobile food distributions, including 2 mega mobile distributions (1,500 households were served at each mega mobile).
• We worked with schools to continue to distribute as many BackSnacks as possible.
• We set up new Kids Cafe feeding locations after some school and community partners had to close.
