Donate Produce from Your Garden
Help families in our community by sharing your bounty! Plant a row is a great example of how neighbors helping neighbors by donating fresh garden produce.
Harvesters’ Plant A Row program is a partnership with the Master Gardeners of Greater Kansas City.
How does it work?
Gardeners are encouraged to plant an extra row of fruits and/or vegetables or donate any surplus produce to Harvesters. Harvesters then distributes the produce to our agency partners across our service area.
Please consider planting fruits and vegetables that will keep well such as:

Broccoli | Cucumbers | Peas | Tomatoes |
Cabbage | Eggplant | Peppers | Turnips |
